A stylish late 18th / early 19th Century Georgian Sheraton style Walnut chest of drawers having beautiful inlaid shell detailing to the top, which also has a moulded edge.  Additionally the drawers have inlaid stringing to the face, a cock beaded edge and are finished with brass drop handles (later added) and lock escutcheons.  Finished on a shaped base with outswept bracket feet.
 
In excellent, lightly used condition.  Especially noteworthy is the smooth open / close action of the drawers and the exquisite inlaid decoration to the top.  We have noted that the back has been replaced, probably due to wear to the original boards.
