A stylish and unusual early 19th century toleware tray table with a fantastically distressed top with just the right amount of wear and patination. The large tray is hand painted with a lakeland scene depicting a man in boat and tress on the near shore. Finished with a barbed border and mounted on a curved X-frame iron base.
Overall condition is very good. The frame is excellent order and the tray has distressed wear and tear commensurate with centuries of constant use.
A delightful decorative item.
